Damoiseau Rhum Blanc Agricole 50° 1L
Damoiseau's 50% white rum is made by fermenting and distilling pure sugar cane juice. This rum is around 88% alcohol when it comes out of the distillation column; it is then left to marry for three to four months in oak casks, then stirred and aerated before bottling.
