Damoiseau's 40% white rum are made by fermenting and distilling pure sugar cane juice. This rum is around 88% alcohol when it comes out of the distillation column; it is then left to marry in oak casks for one to two months then stirred and aerated before the final stage - bottling.

Damoiseau Rhum Vieux Concordia 40° 70cl

Concordia means ‘harmony’ in Latin. This is a blend of rhum agricole from the Damoiseau distillery (60%) and traditional rums from Guadeloupe (40%). They are both aged in the distillery for a minimum of four years in small American casks. A balance that reflects the terroir of Guadeloupe, historically associated with these two now combined philosophies.
